Presentation: 2/10. As you can see, it came out a total mess. Half the cake got stuck to the pan, and it crumbled when I took it out, so I basically had to squish it onto the cake. Of course, the glaze didn't help much.
Taste: 10/10. Right away the citrus flavors hit you. The cake has a tangy, zesty flavor, and the glaze takes it over the top.
Texture: 8/10. It's more crumbly than the other cakes I made.
Time/Convenience: 4/10. It was time-consuming zesting the citrus, and the glaze was inconvenient to make because I had to let the cake bake for forty minutes, let it cool, take it out of the pan, the glaze it.
All in all: 6/10. Worth the hard work.
