Presentation: 6/10. Obviously the drinks are less visually appealing than the food. This had a deep shade of brown but looks plain, of course.
Taste: 6/10. I'm not really a fan of hot drinks in general, and this tasted like bitter apple juice.
Texture: 10/10. Not much to say, had a liquid consistency which is pretty much what you want in a drink.
Time/Convenience: 5/10. My mom had to buy the cider, apples, and oranges. I had to let it simmer for thirty minutes.
All in all: 6.75/10. I basically finished the cookbook.
