Presentation: 8/10. It has a vibrant color and interesting texture.
Taste: 10/10. It's not too sweet and not too sour.
Texture: 10/10. It's creamy, slushy, and a bit sticky, the perfect sorbet texture, in my opinion.
Time/Convenience: 5/10. It had a similar recipe to the mocha sorbet. I had to freeze and blend it three times, which took a while.
All in all: 8.25/10. Best sorbet I ever had.
