Trail Mix Cookies

Updated: Apr 8, 2021

Presentation: 10/10. These look very similar to the no-margarine chocolate chip cookies. The contrast of colors is nice and the cookies look appetizing.

Taste: 7/10. Taste-wise, the cookies taste very similar to the chocolate chip cookies. You get the bitterness from the semi-sweet chocolate, the tanginess from the cranberries, the sweetness from the white chocolate and the saltiness from the pretzels, which I really enjoyed.

Texture: 7/10. The texture was also very similar to the other cookies. It had the same runniess from the chocolate and chewiness from the cookie, but the added oats and trail mix changed the texture up a bit.

Convenience: 10/10. Like all the other cookie recipes I've made so far, this recipe has simple ingredients and steps. It was easy to make.

All in all: 8.5/10. Who needs regular trail mix when you can bake it into a cookie?
