Presentation: 8/10. The peaches are arranged in a nice pattern, but the pecans and batter make it look kind of messy.
Taste: 5/10. The caramelized pecans are good, the peaches are good, and the cake itself is good, but I didn't like the flavor combination. The tartness from the peaches clashed with the sweetness of the cake.
Texture: 5/10. Once again, the mix of textures from the different components of the cake just didn't do it for me.
Time/Convenience: 6/10. It took time to defrost and arrange the peaches, but not too long.
All in all: 6/10. First attempt at upside-down cake
