Presentation: 8/10. It looks fancy. The merengues are white and glossy, with a splash of color from the raspberries.
Taste: 9/10. I didn't like the addition of raspberries, but the meringue and filling tasted amazing.
Texture: 9/10. The merengue was crispy on the outside and fluffy and sticky on the inside, and the cream was creamy. Once again, the raspberries didn't do the trick for me.
Time/Convenience: 5/10. After I baked the meringues I had to leave them in the oven for an hour, then stuff them with the cream. All in all a pretty long recipe.
All in all: 7.75/10. It has fruit, so technically it's healthy.
