Lemon Olive Oil Biscotti

Taste: 6/10. The lemon flavor didn't exactly do it for me. I'm not really a fan of lemon flavored desserts unless there's actual lemon curd/filling in there.

Texture: 7/10. The texture was pretty soft and crumbly, like a sugar or shortbread cookie.

Presentation: 4/10. The biscotti looked too plain.

Time/Convenience: 8/10. Easy recipe and prep time, as usual

All in all: 6.25/10. Not the biggest fan.
