Taste: 8/10. Has a subtle lemon flavor and some extra tartness from the cream cheese.
Texture: 10/10. Not much to say. Very creamy, perfect for mousse.
Time/Convenience: 7/10. Had to buy some ingredients, but pretty easy recipe.
All in all: 8/10. When life hands you lemons, make lemon mousse.
