Fruity Pebble Cookies

Updated: Apr 8, 2021

Presentation: 10/10. These cookies have a nice, pastel color, and the fruity pebbles add a splash of color. The browning around the edges was perfect.

Taste: 10/10. Once again, the cookies were sweet but not too sweet. The taste was light on my palate and not too overpowering.

Texture: 8/10. The cookies were light and fluffy. A bit crumbly, but still good. The toasted edges and the fruity pebbles added a nice crunch.

Time/Convenience: 9/10. The recipe called for basic ingredients that we have in our house. We don't get fruity pebbles very often, but thankfully, my brother brought home a giant bag of fruity pebbles home from Yeshiva that not a lot of people were eating, so I was able to use that. The prep and cook time was quick and the recipe was straightforward. The biggest hassle was having to take out the margarine way in advance to soften it.

All in all: 9.25/10, would recommend
