Fruit Filled Pastry Roses

Taste: 7/10. The dough is a little too sweet in my opinion, but it still tastes good.

Texture: 5/10. The dough is also very crumbly

Presentation: 6/10. It's a lot messier than the picture on the cookbook, because it was hard making the rose shape, but I like the contrast of colors.

Time/Convenience: 3/10. It took a long time making the dough.

All in all: 5.25/10. Still good.
