Flourless Fudge Cookies

Updated: Apr 8, 2021

Presentation: 6/10. Fudge/crinkle cookies are always kind of visually appealing because of the cracks of chocolate peeking underneath the powdered sugar. In this recipe, however, the cookies weren't coated well enough and didn't "crack" so much.

Taste: 8/10. The recipe called for peanut butter, which I'm not such a big fan of, and the taste was a bit overpowering. However, it did give a nice, salty taste. The chocolate flavor was incredible and the powdered sugar was also pretty good.

Texture: 10/10. Since the recipe was gluten free, the cookies were a lot fudgier than my previous recipes, which is a good thing. They were soft and chewy.

Time/Convenience: 9/10. Once again, simple ingredients and recipe, and short prep and cook time.

All in all: 8.25/10. Who knew gluten free could taste so good?
