Presentation: 7/10. They look plain but palatable (they look even more palatable on the other side, not pictured here)
Taste: 10/10. The pancakes itself aren't too sweet, but the sandwich cookies add a perfect touch of sweetness.
Texture: 10/10. They were light and fluffy, with some crunch from the cookies
Time/Convenience: 8/10. Easy recipe and accessible ingredients. The longest and hardest part was frying them.
All in all: 8.75/10. Pancakes at 9 pm, anyone?
