Presentation: 8/10. The pink makes it look visually appealing, especially with the glossiness.
Taste: 8/10. Both the Chocolate and the peppermint mousse were really good. The peppermint mousse wasn't overwhelmingly minty.
Texture: 9/10. Except for the bits of crushed peppermint on the mousse, the mousse was very creamy.
Time/Convenience: 6/10. I had to buy some ingredients, like peppermint candies, and it was a bit time-consuming making the mousse.
All in all: 7.75/10. On Wednesdays, we eat pink.
