Presentation: 7/10. The chocolate has a smooth surface but the crust is messy.
Taste: 8/10. I didn't like the combination of the chocolate and salt
Texture: 7/10. The chocolate was a bit too firm.
Time/Convenience: 7/10. Making the tart shell was a bit time consuming. They were supposed to be tartlets, not tarts, so my pan was bigger and I had to adjust the cook time.
All in all: 7.25/10.
