Presentation: 4/10. It's really messy, especially the way the chocolate sauce pools all over the plate. The cake is also very plain.
Taste: 9/10. The balance of bitterness and sweetness is just right.
Texture: 5/10. The crepes aren't as chewy and soft as I would like, and the chocolate from the mousse didn't melt all the way.
Time/Convenience: 6/10. I had to get amaretto. Since the recipe had three components (crepes, mousse, and sauce) it was very time-consuming.
All in all: 6/10. A chocoholic's dream.
