Carrot Pound Cake

Presentation: 6/10. The top is cracked, and it looks kind of plain.

Taste: 6/10. It tastes sweet, like honey cake, but the whole wheat flour didn't do it for me.

Texture: 7/10. The cake wasn't gooey at the top and once again, the whole wheat flour made the texture grainy

Time/Convenience: 6/10. It took a while to grate the carrots and bake the cake.

All in all: 6.25/10. Some poor snowmen lost their noses.
