Cream Cheese Rugelach

Presentation: 10/10. They look cute, like mini croissants.

Taste: 9/10. The cream cheese flavor is just right and the brown sugar and walnuts add a nice, caramelized flavor. It got a little burned so there was a touch of bitterness to it, but still good.

Texture: 10/10. Chewy and soft, with some crunch from the walnut filling.

Time'/Convenience: 6/10. I had to refrigerate the dough so it could be firm enough to roll. I put it in the freezer to firm up faster, but I left it in for too long so it was frozen solid.

All in all: 8.75/10. Would recommend.
